About Me
Folake Ayiloge is a creative based in New York City. She is currently a Digital Producer at The Daily Show.
Her most notable accolades include two Primetime Emmy nominations, two NAACP Image Awards, and four Webby Awards for her work creating content for social media on the Digital Expansion team. Her past employers include Rachael Ray and NBCUniversal, LLC.
Folake graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2016 with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication Studies (Radio/TV/Film) and Interactive Multimedia. She was heavily involved in the Student Film Union and Lions Television, rising to Vice President and President/Stage Manager respectively. She is a two-time Jury Award winner at Campus MovieFest for films she wrote, produced, edited, and directed. She played the lead in one of them.
Always looking to expand her craft, she has a certification in Advanced Visual Effects from the School of Motion. She completed Sketch Writing 101, 201 and Improv 101 at the Upright Citizens Brigade. She was selected out of 100 applicants for the WMTPS: A Day in the Life of Late Night workshop, where she was mentored in Field Producing. She also attended courses at The Barrow Group for acting and directing.
Outside of work, Folake collaborates with her friends on short films, several of which went on to place at film festivals.
